I was intending to write an article covering the different types of fats and oils and their effects on our health, but then I came across this discussion with Dr Paul Mason. What he has managed to convey in just over five minutes with his usual clear and concise delivery, most others would spend hours over. So the only thing I have to do here is to provide a link, close my laptop and enjoy the sun. After all, I have some cholesterol that needs converting in to Vitamin D after this long UK winter.
