I have now listened to The Big Fat Surprise (over 13 hours of it) and can say that it was the most enlightening book I have ever read, and will no- doubt go back through it time and again until I have banished the nutritional brainwashing I have received for most of my life. I even feel a little guilty for getting so much information for free from a writer who spent 10 years of her life putting it together.
