Dissecting Nutrition – Zoë Harcombe

Zoë Harcombe is known for her thorough examination of nutrition research studies and journal articles. In conversation with Zoë at the 2019 CrossFit Health Conference where she was presenting (below) on the corruption plaguing current nutrition advice, she discusses a wide range of topics with Julie Foucher a Family Medicine Resident at the Cleveland Clinic. Particularly interesting is her view on how eating meat benefits the planet by improving topsoil, especially as she spent many years as a vegetarian but now follows a low carb, high fat diet and believes that eating real food, including animal protein, is the key to long term health.
