Hibiscus & Berry Lollies

Packed with antioxidant polyphenols and anthocyanins these lollies are made with an infusion of organic hibiscus tea and a handful of blueberries and blackberries.
Cool, fruity, zingy and delicious.

Ingredients
4 Organic Hibiscus tea bags
700ml boiled water
100g fresh or frozen blueberries and or blackberries

Instructions
Steep the tea bags in a jug of boiled water until the water turns cold
Remove the tea bags
Add sweetener if required but the fruit adds that touch of sweetness
Add the berries (whole or crushed) to the tea infusion and pour mixture into moulds
Freeze for 6 hours or overnight
